Interactive Training Programme
Your training programme details all of your sessions, your exercises in each session, providing you with demonstration videos for each exercise and explanations of how to perform them. You can also record workouts to track your progress.
As you go through your workout(s), you can record your reps, sets and how much weight you lift on each exercise. You can then see how much you were lifting in your previous sessions to ensure you are progressing and getting stronger. You receive notifications when you hit a new personal best.
Training Log Book
A simple to follow nutrition plan, with directions for training days and rest days. You can keep a food diary of what you eat, and log your intake all in one place. There’s no need for additional apps. As you log your food, it shows you as you get closer to your calorie, protein, carbs and fat goals, helping you stay on track.
Interactive Nutrition Plan
The homepage shows you where everything is, with easy access. On the home page you can see when you need to do your monthly check in, and has a countdown for your goal. You will be able to access the education library and record any addition cardio or steps.
Straightforward Home Page
You’ll have access to your own suggested supplement list for both optimal health and performance. You get suggested timings, dosages and recommendations of where to source the supplements from. All of which is optional and by no means necessary.
Supplement Plan
With the daily tracker you can monitor your sleep, energy levels, hunger and mood. You can track your steps, your food intake and make notes. This data collection will be presented in the form of graphs so you can look over the weeks and months at each component and see how you are progressing.
Daily Tracker
Every 2-4 weeks you can do a progress check in to keep yourself accountable and on track. You’ll be able to assess your health markers, performance and ongoing results. You can upload your progress photos, videos, score health and performance markers and reflect by writing your observations and thoughts & feelings. You will be able to look back at previous check ins to monitor how you are performing.

What is the RECOMP programme?
It’s an interactive, app-based, programme designed to give you the blueprint to improve your body composition and health. The programme covers every angle to give you the best opportunity to be successful and not only get in shape and healthy, but to also keep the results for life.
What results can I expect to see on the programme?
That’s a huge ‘it depends’. On paper, the sky is the limit. I’m holding nothing back here - I’m giving you every bit of experience, knowledge, wisdom and tricks I know. It’s how you bring it to life and implement it.
How does the programme differ from coaching?
Coaching is very much hands on, tailored and personalised as a service for the individual. This programme is a blueprint for you to pick up, implement with a degree of interpretation that works for you. There is ongoing opportunities for you to ask for help and advice but you lead the plan.
How does it work through the app?
You have your own profile on the app, which contains everything; your training plan, nutrition, progress tracking etc. This is all interactive, and where you will be able to track and log your progress.
How does the programme differ from others online?
The first mistake is to think it’s a standard product. It’s not. Every programme is different and based on someone’s ideas, methods, all stemming from their experience and knowledge. Both of which vary. This programme is my work, and is based on my coaching and experience.
What is the sign up period for the programme?
The minimum requirement is one month. After that period it can run for as long as you like. It’s a monthly rolling subscription with no tie in beyond that.
