World class. Something I don’t say lightly. From early on in my career I have wanted to operate with the same professionalism and expertise as a specialist on Harley St. And to bring that into the personal training world. Since then I have refined every aspect of delivery from the onboarding process, the transformation journey, and even the training facilities, in order to ensure client results, and a world class service & experience.

My role is to be a trainer, a coach, an educator, but ultimately, your trusted advisor. To help guide and support you through this journey, providing an environment, a culture, which allows you to reach your potential. Often which is beyond what you thought possible from the outset.

Jo’s transformation was the result of hard work between late 2018-2021. She’s training with me to this day, and is going from strength to strength with her health and her physique.

Personal training tailored to you and your needs

Whether you want to transform your body in 12 weeks, or improve your long-term health, you’re going to need a personalised approach. Even if goals are identical, your needs will be very different from the next person.

Whilst there will be a framework, every aspect of the programme will be tailored to you, your needs, and your starting position. The aim is to take you from where you are now, to where you want to go to, and help you achieve incredible results.

  • Intial Consultation & Health Audit

    We'll delve deep into your training background, your health, eating habits and what you are trying to achieve.I'll take time to learn about your current lifestyle, stressors, life commitments, priorities in order to get to know you and give you the support you need.

  • Full Body Composition Assessment

    I'll be tracking your progress with a thorough, educated approach throughout your transformation. We'll be making use of a variety of measurement tools every 2-4 weeks to form an accurate assessment of your progress, and distinguishing body fat from what's muscle.

  • Results-Focused Personal Training

    I will write and create your personal training plan based around your current ability, training background and your goal. We'll then get in the gym and bring this to life! I'll be coaching you on every rep, making sure you get the most out of every session. You'll be training hard, but smart.

  • Personalised Nutrition Plan

    After a thorough examination of your dietary choices & history, I will create your nutrition plan for each stage of your transformation. I will factor in your preferences, lifestyle, habits, so you can implement the plan with ease. Your nutrition will be simple but effective.

  • Ongoing Coaching & Feedback

    You will always know how you are performing and how you are progressing whilst working with me. You will get written, data driven reports every 2-4 weeks, and my constant feedback through our sessions and outside communications.

  • World Class Training Facility

    You'll be trained in one of the best personal training gyms London has to offer, with world class, state of the art industry equipment. Every time you step into this environment you will feel inspired to train hard and give your best.

Personal Training Packages

How long it takes you to get results depends on a number of factors; your age, your sex, your genetics, your training history and your lifestyle. Ultimately, the timeframe and programme has to fit you. Not the other way around.

That said, there needs to be a degree of structure to start with! Hence the programmes below. Whilst they are time constrained, you may need more time than stated. Which I will estimate and propose to you in your consultation.

  • 12 Week Body Transformation

    36 personal training sessions spread over 12 weeks. Average of 3 x sessions per week. This is an intense programme aimed at getting you in great shape within 3 months.

  • 6 Week Body Recomposition

    18 personal training sessions over 6 weeks, 3 sessions per week. This concentrated period is aimed kickstarting your fitness journey/ accelerating your current results over a short period of time.

  • 12 Personal Training Session Pack

    This 12 pack of personal training sessions is suited for people who can commit to 1-2 sessions per week over a 3 month period. As with all packages, this pack can be renewed upon completion.
