3 healthy meals when dining out

There’s always going to be context when eating out. Different choices, different occasions. For the purpose of this blog post, this is for your average meal out whilst trying to eat well, in mind. If you pick a good restaurant, making a healthy choice when dining out won’t be too difficult. Here are 3 meals I know will be on 90% of menus, and recommend to my clients.

Sea bass

Excellent taste, high in protein, and not too heavy. A lean fish, and not too calorific - ideal if you are dieting.

Steak

Delicious, high in protein and packed with nutrients. High in calories so you may need to be wary of overall food intake either side of this meal for 1-2 days.

Salmon

Good source of protein, omega 3 and isn’t hard to come by when eating out.
