7 transformation breakfast meals
Here are my go-to breakfast recommendations to my clients. Eat these breakfasts to help you transform your body shape, optimise your health and operate at your best. Enjoy!
Steak & Eggs
The breakfast of champions! High quality protein, quality fats and great taste. Eat this and you’ll have the mental concentration and productivity of Bradley Cooper in Limitless. PS. tastes even better with sea salt, spinach and some potatoes.
Omelette
Rotate your topping choices to add variety. Add flavour and seasoning and you’ll enjoy it even more - the more love and care you put into it, the more taste you get out.
Scrambled eggs on sourdough toast
Opt for sourdough bread - superior taste and easier on the digestive system. Pick high quality eggs where possible. The richer the yolk, the better the living conditions and feed of the chickens.
Greek yoghurt & berries
Greek yoghurt, a mix of berries, cinnamon, oats, and you’re good to go. A simple breakfast that makes food prep easy.
Porridge, berries, banana & whey protein shake
Providing there’s a protein shake on the side, and providing the carbs don’t give you a late morning crash, this is a good breakfast. Especially in the winter months, and especially post-workout.
Scrambled eggs & smoked salmon
Quality source of protein and healthy fats, and high in omega 3. Add sea salt and lemon for extra flavour.
Morning protein shake
Ideal if you are time poor in the morning, or can’t stomach anything heavy. Add 25-50g of good quality whey protein, and 200-300ml of water. Add a nut butter or some butter for fats to bring up the calories. If this is breakfast, treat it as one and make sure there’s at least 300-400 calories in there.
